Our programs seek to address a dire situation faced by the youth of Eswatini which has been exacerbated by the Covid-19 pandemic and political unrest and a continuing economic downtrend.

The youth of Eswatini are encountering significant challenges due to the compounding effects of the Covid-19 pandemic, recent social unrest, and a prolonged economic downturn. Our multifaceted programs are designed to directly confront these issues and provide tangible support to the youth population. By acknowledging the severity of their circumstances and adhering to a comprehensive strategy, we aim to offer meaningful solutions that can help propel the youth of Eswatini towards a more promising future.

Global Skills Academy

An education skills center that gives rural communities access to a range of accredited short courses and professional institute courses to prepare the youth for the modern workplace.

The program offers learners the opportunity to build their confidence and credentials for employment and further study, enabling the development of practical employment skills while building a record of learning achievement through certification.

Upskill scans and promotes accredited online courses from universities, colleges, and training platforms like Uniathena and Cousera. It then provides a facility for students to access those courses. The wide spectrum of courses from so many sources is sorted by sector (agriculture, marketing, construction, etc.) and level (beginner, intermediate, advanced, diploma, etc.) for students to select easily. Students then use the facility’s computers, internet connectivity, and library to go through the courses all the way to certification.

Music and Arts Ministry

Seeks to ignite the lives of Eswatini’s youth by lifting them out of the shadows of poverty, unemployment, and despair, ushering them into a radiant life filled with hope, independence, self-sustainability, and impactful contributions to their communities.

This robust training arms them with the vital skills and knowledge they need to navigate the competitive business landscape confidently.

Moreover, upon completing the training, participants benefit from ongoing mentorship that truly supports and inspires them as they embark on the exhilarating journey of starting and expanding their businesses. The Empowerment Program equips young people with the knowledge, confidence and practical guidance they need to make responsible decisions and build purposeful futures.

Through age-appropriate workshops, mentorship and interactive activities, participants develop greater self-awareness, recognise their strengths and learn how to respond to challenges affecting their lives and communities. The program addresses important areas such as gender-based violence prevention, personal safety, healthy relationships, responsible social media use and career guidance.

Grounded in Christian values, the program encourages young people to understand their God-given worth, develop strong character and treat others with dignity and respect. By strengthening confidence, resilience and decision-making skills, we help young people become responsible leaders who can positively influence their families, schools and communities.

Health Program

The Health Program promotes the physical, emotional and social well-being of children and young people by providing practical, age-appropriate health education.

The program covers important topics such as personal hygiene and sanitation, mental health, sexual and reproductive health, and the prevention of teenage pregnancy. Through guided discussions, workshops and awareness activities, participants receive reliable information that helps them understand their bodies, protect their health, recognise potential risks and make responsible decisions.

Delivered within a safe, respectful and values-based environment, the program encourages young people to ask questions without fear or judgement. It also works to reduce stigma surrounding sensitive health issues and connects participants with appropriate support when needed.

By combining health education with Christian principles of dignity, responsibility and care for oneself and others, the program helps young people develop healthy habits and make informed choices that support their long-term well-being.
