Our programs seek to address a dire situation faced by the youth of Eswatini which has been exacerbated by the Covid-19 pandemic and political unrest and a continuing economic downtrend.

The youth of Eswatini are encountering significant challenges due to the compounding effects of the Covid-19 pandemic, recent social unrest, and a prolonged economic downturn. Our multifaceted programs are designed to directly confront these issues and provide tangible support to the youth population. By acknowledging the severity of their circumstances and adhering to a comprehensive strategy, we aim to offer meaningful solutions that can help propel the youth of Eswatini towards a more promising future.

Global Skills Academy

An education skills center that gives rural communities access to a range of accredited short courses and professional institute courses to prepare the youth for the modern workplace.

The program offers learners the opportunity to build their confidence and credentials for employment and further study, enabling the development of practical employment skills while building a record of learning achievement through certification.

Upskill scans and promotes accredited online courses from universities, colleges, and training platforms like Uniathena and Cousera. It then provides a facility for students to access those courses. The wide spectrum of courses from so many sources is sorted by sector (agriculture, marketing, construction, etc.) and level (beginner, intermediate, advanced, diploma, etc.) for students to select easily. Students then use the facility’s computers, internet connectivity, and library to go through the courses all the way to certification.
